Girlish Garb: Striped on Stripes on Stripes

When I threw on this outfit, I knew I had to post it. This is like a combination of all my favorite clothes items and they all happen to have stripes! Oh and it was raining this day so of course, had to have the rain boots!  Outfit Details: Top-Forever 21  Shorts- thrifted  Boots- Target  Necklace- DIY  This is my new favorite necklace. I actually don't know where it's current location is.... but anyways I had to add a close up to show you guys how pretty it looks!
