DIY Crayon Art

I'm sure you guys have seen this before, it's all over Pinterest. I thought it would be a fun project for Eliza and I so we did it! Here's a tutorial in pictures:

I used an 8 x 10 canvas (I think?). A box of 24 crayons, a box of 16 crayons, a glue gun (and glue) and a hairdryer.

First, you need to line up your crayons in the pattern you'd like them to be. Then glue them in place.

Then, I propped it up in my sink in case it got messy (I later put some paper towels under it to catch any spills).

Then, get to hairdrying! First, it will get kinda oily, then slowly start to drip.

And done! I was going to wait to show you where I put it up but I haven't quite finished decorating that part of the wall sooooo that'll have to wait. Hope you guys are having a good weekend! Today, I'm playing catch up with work and crafts. I'm attempting to make my own pattern for some boots/mukluks/moccasin boot things. We'll see how that goes.
